Pricing FAQs
How do you determine project pricing?
We conduct a discovery phase to understand your environment, requirements, and constraints. Based on this, we provide a detailed statement of work with fixed pricing. The ranges shown reflect typical projects, but we customize every proposal.
What's included in managed services hours?
Monthly hours cover configuration changes, troubleshooting, security reviews, governance support, user support, training, and strategic consulting. We don't nickel-and-dime for emails or brief calls. Large projects like migrations are quoted separately.
Can I start with a project and add managed services later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a migration or intranet project, then transition to managed services for ongoing support. We recommend managed services for any organization with more than 500 users or complex governance needs.
Do you offer hourly consulting?
Yes, for clients who prefer ad-hoc support, we offer hourly consulting at $200/hour. However, managed service plans provide better value and priority access to our team. Hourly clients are billed weekly with NET-15 terms.
What if I need more hours than my managed services plan includes?
Additional hours are available at $200/hour, billed monthly. If you consistently need more hours, we'll recommend moving to a higher tier. We review usage quarterly to ensure you're on the right plan.
Are there any hidden fees or additional costs?
No. Our pricing includes all labor, project management, documentation, and training. You'll only pay extra for third-party software licenses, migration tools (if required), or travel expenses (pre-approved). We disclose all potential costs upfront.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Managed services have an initial 3-month commitment, then become month-to-month. Projects are fixed-duration with defined deliverables. We don't believe in forcing clients to stay, we earn your continued business.
Can you work with our budget constraints?
Yes. If budget is a constraint, we'll help you prioritize deliverables and phase the work. We'd rather do a smaller project well than overpromise on a larger scope. We can also recommend areas where your internal team can contribute to reduce costs.
